Items that affected out budget:
- Transportation costs: due to a simple mistake, we ended up purchasing bus tickets twice
- Conversion rate: the conversion rate changes daily
- Conversion fees: there are so many opportunities for fees and variations in fees, it was hard to plan for
- Activities: occasionally the trip paid for unplanned activities
- Meals: some meals were reasonable and some were overpriced
